Send us the law firm, CPA and agency files everyone else can’t read.
Billable Capital is a direct funding source for professional-service firms. If you broker merchant cash advances or SBA, we are the desk you send lawyers, accountants, consultants, agencies, architects and engineers to — including the contingency practices, seasonal tax firms and single-client consultancies that most of your paper gets declined on. 10–15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days.

What we say yes to that your other funders say no to
- Contingency-fee and personal injury firms with a few large settlement deposits a year
- Tax and bookkeeping practices whose off-season months sit near the $15,000 floor
- Consultancies and agencies with one anchor client — we price concentration instead of declining it
- Firms whose deposits are a handful of large client payments a month, not a daily stream
- Files with a few NSFs in 90 days around slow-paying clients
- Firms with an open position, where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure
What we won’t do
We won’t stack you. If a firm you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours for 24 months and the renewal commission is yours.
We won’t shop your merchant to a panel behind your back on products we fund in-house.
We won’t run outbound marketing to your merchant list. Billable Capital does not run automated email sequences to merchants at all.
How submission works
- Send the signed application and three months of statements. Four months if the firm’s billing is seasonal. Operating account, not trust. Upload it through your partner portal.
- Our underwriting desk reads it. You get an offer or a real decline reason the same day — about 4 business hours on a complete file.
- The firm signs two pages. Funding in 24 hours. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.
- You’re paid within two business days of funding. Renewal commission runs 24 months on files you originated.
Attribution. Every partner-sourced link carries that partner’s own EF-XXXXXX referral code. The portal issues the code and the site templates it into the link, so a file submitted through your link is credited to you automatically. Never send a funnel link without your code on it.
Partner program questions.
What commission does Billable Capital pay an ISO?
10% to 15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days of the merchant funding. Commission on lines of credit and receivables facilities is disclosed per file at offer. Term loan and SBA fee schedules are disclosed on the term sheet.
Is there a file minimum or an exclusivity requirement?
No to both. There is no monthly file minimum and no exclusivity. Send one file a quarter or forty a month.
How long do I keep a merchant I originated?
24 months. If a firm you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours and the renewal commission is yours for 24 months from the original funding.
What professional-service files will you take that others decline?
Contingency-fee and personal injury firms with lumpy settlement deposits; tax practices whose off-season runs near the floor; consultancies and agencies with one anchor client; new firms spun out of larger ones with clients in hand; firms with an open position where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure; and any firm whose deposits are a few large client payments a month rather than a daily stream.
How fast is a decision on a submitted file?
About 4 business hours on a complete submission during weekdays. Declines come back the same day with the actual reason, not “credit.”
What do you need from me to submit?
A signed application and the firm’s 3 most recent months of business bank statements for the operating account — 4 months if the firm’s billing is seasonal. Not the trust account. Submit through the partner portal.
